The apartments are fully completed when delivered, with no movable furniture available:

• Walls and ceilings painted with latex
• Flooring (hallways, bathrooms and balconies) - granite tiles (terracotta)
• Flooring (bedrooms and living rooms) - laminated parquet
• Light switches, power outlets and lighting fixtures have been installed on the premises.
• Furnished bathroom according to the project
• Installed interior MDF doors

As additional options we offer:

Standard kitchen fitting at the price of 3000 euro, which comprises: upper and lower kitchen units - according to the space configuration of the kitchen, washing machine, integrated oven, double ceramic hot-plate, built-in smell absorber, refrigerator, sink.

Standard living room and bedroom furniture at the price of 5000 euro, which comprises: king bed with drawers, two-winged wardrobe, living-room furniture suite and table, TV stand, dinning table and four chairs.

Furnishing could be made on an individual project basis. The client has to deliver the project and the price will be a subject to additional arrangements.
